Have you seen  Lasse Hallström directed "The hundred foot journey", then you might have known this Omeltte made by Hasan Kadam who impressed Madam Mallory with his Omelette.

Let us try to make it in a bachelor way with our limited ingredients.......

Ingredients:

1. Two eggs:
2. Finely chopped onions (1 small bowl):

3. Finely chopped garlic ( 1 tea spoon):
4. Rice flour or Gram flour (Besan flour) (2 table spoons):
5. Ginger paste (1 tea spoon):
6. Mirchi powder ( 1 tea spoon):
7. Salt ( 1 tea spoon):
8. Kothimeera leaves (1 branch):
9. Jeelakarra (cumin seeds) ( 1 tea spoon):
10. Olive Oil ( 2 table spoons):

Method of making Omelette (2 minutes) (1 person):

1. First break the eggs and collect the yolk in a bowl.
2. To this add finely chopped onions and garlic followed by 2 table spoons of rice or gram flour and jeelakarra (cumin seeds).

3. Add a pinch of turmeric powder, ginger paste and 1 tea spoon of Mirchi followed by 1 tea spoon of salt.

4. Add kothimeera leaves and mix all the ingredients thoroughly till the entire ingredients mix with the egg yolk in a homogeneous mixture.
5. Then lit the stove and put a pan and add 2 table spoons of Olive oil.
6. Add entire mixture of egg into the pan and spread it uniformly over the surface of the pan.
7. Put a lid on the pan and allow it to heat for a minute.
8. After 1 minute, open the lid and check whether the upper portion got solidified or not. Then with the help of a knife or spoon, make the omelette turn upside down to fry the other side also.

9. Again close the pan with the lid for one minute and then serve it into the plate.

10. The Omelette is ready and garnish it if you like.......

11. Taste it with rice and you will feel that there is a battle on your tongue between the garlic and onions....between masala and kothimeera and your expression will be like this......
